Members’ Exhibition (2021)

SUBMITTING WORK

Each CEPA Member may submit one (1) piece of photography or photo-related art for inclusion in the exhibit.

• Maximum dimensions are 30″ x 40″
• All work should be matted and/or framed and ready to hang
• All work should be labeled with the name, title, process, date, and sales price

DROPPING OFF WORKS

Works are to be dropped off at CEPA during the following hours at the Focus Gallery just right to the Market Arcade Main Street Entrance:

• Tuesday, January 5 @ 4:00 –7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, January 6 @ 4:00 –7:00 p.m.
• Thursday, January 7 @ 4:00 –7:00 p.m.
• Or call 856-2717 to set up a convenient time

For artists who wish to have their work sent back to them, returns will only be made via US Postal Service or FedEx. Please provide postage, FedEx account number, or a check to cover the amount for the return.

EXHIBITION AWARDS

As a CEPA member, you are  invited to be considered for an Exhibition Award which includes a solo show in one of our galleries in 2022. To be considered for an award, please submit the following materials along with your exhibit submission:

• • Ten (10) images from the series formatted as .JPG files and sized to 1500px in the largest dimension (each file named as LastName_First_Image#, e.g. Smith_John_01.jpg)
  • An image script that includes Titles, Year, and Physical Dimensions
  • An artist’s statement
  • The piece submitted for the Members’ Exhibition must be part of this series
