Big Orbit Members’ Show
Buffalo, NY, – September 4, 2024 – The Center for Exploratory & Perceptual Arts (CEPA Gallery) is pleased to announce our 2024 Big Orbit Members’ Show. This year’s show will run from November 15, 2024 until January 2025. All current, new, and renewing CEPA members are invited to submit one artwork for the exhibition which will be located in the Underground Gallery. To submit, please fill out the online submission form which can be found here. All participating artists must be a registered member through the opening of the show, November 15, 2024. If you are not currently a member, please be prepared to renew your membership before or at the time of drop off. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact info@cepagallery.org.Â
For our Big Orbit Members’ Show, artwork of all mediums are welcome. The size limit for each submission is 48 x 48 inches. All submissions must arrive ready to be hung. If work is not framed, please include instructions for how your work should be displayed. If shipping work, please include return postage.
Drop-off days will be taking place on October 7th – 25th during CEPA’s office hours: Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 4 PM or during CEPA’s open gallery hours: Thursdays and Fridays from 4 PM – 7 PM and Saturdays from 12 PM – 4 PM.
This year, one winner will be selected from the participants. The winner will receive a free solo exhibition to be held at CEPA Gallery. In order to be considered for the juried portion of the show, you must submit a portfolio consisting of 10 images that represent a cohesive body of work (must be reflective of the one piece put into the show) along with an artist statement and resume. The portfolios must be submitted by the final day of drop-off, and need to be emailed to submissions@cepagallery.org.
