CEPA Members’ Show 2022 Call for Art
CEPA Gallery is pleased to announce our 2022 Members’ Show. This year’s show will be running from December 9, 2022 until January 25, 2023 with an opening reception on Friday, December 9 from 5:00-8:00pm. All current, new, and renewing CEPA members are invited to submit one artwork for the exhibition which will be located in the Flux and Underground Passageway Galleries. To submit, please fill out the online submission form which can be found here. All participating artists must be a registered member through the opening of the show, December 9, 2022. If you are not currently a member, please be prepared to renew your membership before or at the time of drop off. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact info@cepagallery.org.
All submissions must be either photography, photo-related art, or digitally created art. There are no size requirements; however, you must be able to either drop off and pick up the work yourself or safely ship the work to CEPA Gallery. All submissions must arrive ready to be hung. If work is not framed, please include instructions for how your work should be displayed.
Drop-off days will be taking place on:
November 9th – 12th and November 16th – 19th during open gallery hours Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM, and Thursday: 4 PM – 7 PM.
If shipping work, please include return postage.
This year, two winners will be selected from the participants. Each winner will receive a free solo exhibition to be held at CEPA Gallery in September 2023. In order to be considered for the juried portion of the show, you must submit a portfolio consisting of 10 images that represent a cohesive body of work (must be reflective of the one piece put into the show) along with an artist statement and resume. The portfolios must be submitted by the final day of drop-off, and need to be emailed to submissions@cepagallery.org. This year’s juror will be John Opera, the Program Head of Photography at SUNY University at Buffalo.
