Kevin Noble receives the 2013 Oseroff Memorial Purchase Prize.

CEPA was very happy to award the first annual Oseroff Memorial Purchase Prize to artist Kevin Noble at a ceremony at Roswell Park Cancer Institute on October 22, 2013. The $1,000 purchase prize acquired his piece Red Waterfall, which will now become part of Roswell Park’s permanent art collection.
